I have played over 800 levels, and I have yet to be required to create a path to light a fluid out or balls, drop or gas escape, even though all of their advertisements in other places shows specifically those types of scenarios. But it bothers me a lot that with all of their bragging their own ads show something different than their actual game. I admit I got hooked the first 100 levels and didn’t mind playing a kings nightmare once every 25ish levels, but now to experience the game as advertised I have to spend money to even play one regularly, and even then it’s not anything particularly interesting like shown in the ads. The “decoration animations”, and “event notifications” are the biggest offenders here. Speaking of things thrown in your face, there are so many pop up’s you cannot skip, you MUST watch the animation which is time wasted that could be used playing. It’s amazing how so many concepts exist but only like 3 of them ever made it into the actual game lolĪs for the actual gameplay, it’s your generic matching game, there are no ads as promised (thank goodness, at least they didn’t lie that about) but it gets incredibly difficult to where you are stuck on levels for days at a time, running out of lives and not being able to play for half an hour, and you’re heavily incentivized to pay/use the power boosts which are really expensive and thrown in your face a lot. Every time I get one of their ads I feel a strong need to give this game a 1 star review because of how misleading their advertisements are. No dragons, slime, or carrying buckets of water to put out any fires. It’s about once every 25 levels you do get a “kings nightmare” level but it’s really basic and usually just on a timer. Hope you developers read this because I’m pretty frustrated and at a point of deleting the app just like the last game I deleted at a certain point (Zen Match…won’t play this money grubbing game any more either)Īfter 240 levels I have had hardly any levels where there is situations as portrayed in the ads. Most people will spend a little money when they are HAPPY and enjoying something compared to when they are frustrated and unhappy. I don’t mind spending a little money for the fun but at a certain point where you know they’ve made it impossible to win a level unless you spend money…I become frustrated and simply refuse to give them money and they may frustrate a player to the point of giving up…how much sense or cents does that get them? I already can see in the team I’m in that players stop advancing around the 2000 level and can see some are not playing even. Some players can’t afford or are too young to be spending money on just a game that gives you nothing more than some entertainment fun. Why don’t the developers realize that a little cash from many players is better than getting greedy and have players drop out. Great game but around level 2000 it’s set up so that you have to spend money to advance. Overall, it’s a great game if you are looking for a new mobile MOBA to play.Fun but game gets greedy for money around level 2000 However, the game lacks fresh characters and suffers from power creep. The game offers multiple modes and an easy-to-use UI. Similar to League of Legends and Dota 2, you combat other players to demolish their base. Also, as mentioned, the game's global version is still in its testing stages. This can lead to unbalanced gameplay between characters and the game as a whole. However, the game doesn’t have a lot of playable characters and there’s a serious power creeping issue. It has a clear, easy-to-understand system that helps both new and experienced gamers. The game is user-friendly with either a controller or a mouse and keyboard. You can also upgrade and recruit teammates. ![]() Each mode has a new map that you must understand to succeed. 1v1, 5v5, and 3v3 are the available game modes here. Once the base has enough resources, you can assault and demolish the enemy's constructions to win. You will build and upgrade your bases by assaulting and destroying enemy bases. Each type has its own unique role in the team: archers have a long-range attack mages have magical powers that damage enemies while warriors have defensive abilities to protect allies. You can choose from one of three different types of warriors: tank, mage, assassin, warrior, archer, and support. In Honor of Kings, you will control your warrior in real time to defeat the opposing team’s base.
